The Service Delivery Processes Lead should discuss the process release approach with Client stakeholder to seek concurrence. The plan should also address changes to accommodate new set of requirements as deemed necessary and baseline the implementation plan as per the inputs from the Client.
The objective of this activity is to establish the Client communication mechanism on the new process model. Detailed Roles And Responsibilities Matrices must be built across the delivery landscape covering the Client, Capgemini and any other third parties (including authorizations, approval processes, etc.).
Escalation Matrix must be created for not only delivery but also dependencies that delivery would have, example tools escalation (EARS/ITSM, etc.).
Post finalization of the plan the Engagement Manager (Transition) should establish Change control mechanism, as necessary. |
